Mridula Varier (Mridula Warrier) is an Indian playback singer from Kerala who predominantly works in the Malayalam film industry. She started her career as a playback singer in the Malayalam song Oru Vakkum Mindathey from the movie Big B in 2007. She has also recorded songs for Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada films. Mridula Warrier was the first runner-up of the Malayalam reality show Idea Star Singer in 2010. She was born on 3 May 1988 in Kozhikode, Kerala. Her father is P. V. Ramankutty Varie,r and her Mother is M. T. Vijayalakshmy. She has a brother named Jaideep Varier. Mridula started learning music at the age of four. She got married on 7 January 2013 to Dr Arun Varier.
