M. Jayachandran (Madhusoodanan Nair Jayachandran) is an Indian composer, singer, and Music Director from Trivandrum, Kerala Who works in the Malayalam and Tamil film industry. He has won the Kerala State Film Award for Best Music Director a record number of seven times. In 2005, he also won the state award for the best male singer. He also won the National Film Award for Best Music Direction for the film Ennu Ninte Moideen in 2015. He has composed music for more than one hundred films and more than 20 music albums.
